Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to, registering on, or using https://www.mypro11.live/, its sub-domains, and/or the MyPro11 App (accessible via mobile phone or tablet), collectively referred to as the "MyPro11 site," and/or any services provided on the MyPro11 site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, regardless of how you access or use the services. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not subscribe to, register on, or use the MyPro11 site or any of its services. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "you," "your," "User," or "Participant" refers to any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the MyPro11 site by registering as a User or anyone who has used the MyPro11 site through browsing or otherwise. Your access to or use of the MyPro11 site is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy available on the MyPro11 site. "We," "us," "our," or "MyPro11" refers to Lumacode Innovations Private Limited and/or any of its affiliated entities.

Definitions

"Applicable Law(s)"

All applicable statutes, enactments, laws, ordinances, treaties, conventions, protocols, bye-laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, notifications, notices, judgments, decrees, injunctions, writs or orders, instructions, decisions of any court, and awards or other requirements or official directives of any governmental authority, in any jurisdiction, as may be applicable to the relevant person.

"Bank Account"

A financial account maintained with a Banking Company or a financial institution, including a wallet maintained with an entity authorized by the Reserve Bank of India.

"Banking Company"

As defined under section 5(c) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.

"MP Account"

The user account maintained with the Company, enabling the user to play games, deposit, and utilize funds and discounts available to such players.

"Cash Games"

Games involving financial stakes, as determined by the participants of that Game, in accordance with the Game Rules.

"Company"

Lumacode Innovations Private Limited and all its subsidiaries (also referred to as "MyPro11," "we," "us," "our," and other such adjectives).

"Deposit Segment"

The segment of the MP Account to which the money deposited by the User is credited.

"Discounts"

Any bonus, instant cash, Extra Cash, or other incentives that may be provided by the Company, at its discretion, as part of the Company's pricing strategy as an adjustment against the Rake charged from the User in such manner as may be prescribed under these Terms (as applicable).

"Game(s)"

The Fantasy game formats detailed in these Terms and Conditions that are offered on the Website, including various formats and variations available on our and our partner’s websites.

"Rake"

The fee charged by the Company from a user for the use of the products and services offered on the Website. Rake shall be deducted by the Company based on the rates determined by the Company and communicated to you. The Company has the discretion to determine the rate at which rake shall be deducted.

"Net Rake"

Gross Rake charged by the Company from a User/Participant net of any discounts offered to such User/Participant.

"Rake back"

A percentage of the Rake generated by an Affiliate/user that is given back to such Affiliate/User as a discount as per existing trade practices.

"Refund"

The reversal of the amounts (such as Service Fee, buy-in, or any other amount, as the case may be) paid by a User to play a Game, to such User’s MP Account.

"Restricted States"

Any state in the territory of India where online gaming specific to online games of Poker has been prohibited under Applicable Laws.

"Terms"

These Terms of Service of MyPro11.

"Website"

The MyPro11 website and related mobile applications on which Games are made available to users in different formats and variations.

"Withdrawable balance"

The amount in the Withdrawable Segment.

"Withdrawal/Withdraw"

The transfer of all or part of the Withdrawable Balance to a designated Bank Account of a user, upon specific instructions by that user to MyPro11 to initiate such transfer.

"Withdrawal Request"

A request by the user on the Website to initiate Withdrawal.

"Withdrawable Segment"

The segment of the MP Account to which the winnings of users from the Cash Games are credited, less the applicable Service Fees and other levies/deductions.

MyPro11 Service

MyPro11 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and the rules governing its games/tournaments/contests at any time by posting the same on the MyPro11 site. Use of MyPro11 constitutes your acceptance of such Terms and Conditions and the rules referred to herein or provided by MyPro11 in relation to any MyPro11 services, as may be amended from time to time. You may then exercise the options provided in such a notification to indicate non-acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions or the rules. If such an option is not exercised by you within the time frame prescribed in the notification, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms and Conditions and the rules provided by MyPro11.

The MyPro11 site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by MyPro11. MyPro11 has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites/app. In addition, MyPro11 will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the MyPro11 site and its services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that MyPro11 shall not be responsible for any damages, claims
